This is part of a TicTacToe project I'm currently working on for my nieces, but I couldn't resist to put together the word "xoxo"

Es tal vez la fiesta más divertida, debido a los disfraces, este año yo quería hacer los disfraces así que teníamos que escoger algo fácil y barato para hacer, pero también debía ser modesto y compatible con el calor y los movimientos de danza. 

This is probably the most fun celebration because of the costumes, this year I wanted to make the costumes myself, so we had to pick something easy and cheao to make, but it also had to be modest, dance and heat-friendly.

                       

Fueron muy fáciles de hacer y estoy feliz con el resultado.

Lo hice todo, el Tuxedo T-shirt y puños, Tuxedo boutonniere, mi bouquet de flores, mi vestido/T-shirt, el velo y el anillo y las perlas uff todo! excepto los pantalones y zapatos.

We made it all, the tuxedo t-shirt, cuffs and boutinniere, my flower bouquet, my t-shirt dress, the veil, the ring, the pearls uff!! Everythingbut pants and shoes.

Disfraces de Purim/ Purim costumes

Es el momento del año en que la creatividad brota ideando un disfraz para una pareja que sea modesto, divertido dos veces y único. El primero fue de Taekwondo, el segundo de los reyes espartanos Leonidas y Gorgo, ahora será de novios y esto es lo que he planeado, dado que danzaremos mucho y el clima es tropical a mi esposo se le ocurrió una brillante idea: hacer los disfraces en T-shirts! Este es el borrador de lo que haré, aunque falta casi un mes, empecé ayer a trabajar en esto y ya el petticoat de mi "vestido" está listo.
Pretendo hacer tambien los detalles, por ejemplo, para mí haré flores de tela con tallos de alambre que ya tengo listos, un velo pequeño también, para él le haré unos puños de camisa con gemelos y un sombrero =)

This is the time of the year when creativity comes up thinking of a costume for a couple and it must be modest, twice fun and unique. The first one was Taekwondo, the second spartan king and queen Leonidas and Gorgo, this year it will be bride and groom, and given the to much dancing and the tropical weather my husband came up with a brilliant idea: make the T-shirt costumes! This is the sketch of what I'm planning, and though is almost a month left, I started yesterday and the petticoat of my "dress" is ready.
I also intend to make also the details, for example, for me I'll make fabric flowers bouquet with wire stems that I already have done, also a little veil and for him I'll make shirt cuffs with cufflinks and a hat =)
